Contract Formation for Ticket Purchases

The presentation of events on this website does not constitute a binding offer.

By submitting a ticket request via email or the contact form, the customer makes a binding offer to enter into a contract and confirms that they are of legal age.

A contract between the customer and Michael Lutz is only concluded once Michael Lutz issues an invoice or other written confirmation and full payment has been received in due time. If full payment is not received on time, no entitlement to participation exists.

The purchase of vouchers is subject to the above provisions. Cash payment of vouchers is excluded.

Payment

Payment of invoices issued by Michael Lutz shall be made by bank transfer to the account stated in the respective invoice.

After receipt of payment, the customer will receive confirmation at the email address provided.

Right of Withdrawal / Cancellation

For consumers, there is no statutory right of withdrawal for contracts concerning leisure activities if the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance.

Michael Lutz reserves the right to cancel or postpone an event if this becomes necessary due to illness, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In such case, payments already made for the affected event will be refunded in full by bank transfer or another appropriate payment method.

If the event takes place as scheduled, no refund will be granted if the customer is unable to attend. A purchased ticket may be transferred to another adult person only with prior approval from Michael Lutz.

If a voucher has been redeemed for a valid ticket, the ticket becomes invalid without replacement if the customer does not attend the event.

Final Provisions

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. Mandatory statutory provisions shall remain unaffected.
